Ella is an excellent massage therapist with exceptional skill. She is professional, intuitive, and has an incredible ability to recognize exactly where your body is holding tension. Every session leaves me feeling more balanced, relaxed, and restored. I highly recommend Ella to anyone looking for a truly therapeutic and holistic massage experience.

A great place for a massage. The whole place--lobby, massage rooms, restroom--is clean and inviting. The therapists (I've seen two of them) are friendly and professional. They excel at deep tissue massage and are good at regulating their pressure to the level you want. C & J massage was especially helpful after I had surgery last year. The spa is easy to locate, and there's plenty of parking available.
