I lived in a property they own for a year in S. Main St. The place was really nice, close to campus and with a fair price. Ronda was always available by email and would respond within 24 hours, usually within the hour. Maintaince would always show up the next day when I had a problem. Overall a great experience and would totally recommend staying in one of their properties!

I have yet to actually move in, but they have been very understanding and helpful, especially Ronda! In my experience they have been very prompt with answering questions as well!

Incredibly dishonest company. Office is difficult at best to get a hold of, and generally unhelpful. Worst of all, however, is the maintenance staff. They won't even bother showing up until the 4th or 5th time you bring an issue up. When they do get there, they don't fix or replace things in a timely manner, and when they do they cause more problems. I've rented from CJ Mgmt for the past 2.5 years, and my experiences have been nothing but positive. From a slightly tumultuous room-mate living experience my junior year to having my own single apartment as a Senior and Super Senior, the folks at CJ have gone out of their way to make sure my housing experience was a pleasant and smooth one.
