Love our property n price
Great bunch of people to work with and rent from. New management has really cleaned things up. No bugs, upgrades to the apartments. Super nice!!!!
The nastiest place to rent. They have roaches like crazy, an they will not fix they need to be sued, I’m surprised no one has gotten sick. I rent an apartment now from them an it’s the worst.
This place gets zero stars..They Have bad roach issues an they WILL say they will get some one to spray an they never do!! its a infestation, I do not reccomend anyone to rent from here!! We have had issues here for a year with roaches.
Property went downhill over the years I lived with them and things were not repaired as they should have been. Heater was eventually shut down because Atmos who found a gas leak...this forced them to finally fix it. There was a brown recluse problem and it never got better. They often showed up asking for rent that had already been paid they just didn't keep good records. Thankfully I always had my records. They are money hungry and try to get away with the cheapest fix possible.
