We had a relatively small project to get a range installed in the basement and upgrade the panel to meet the demand. The team at C&J was patient with all the questions to walk us through the steps and the project was completed timely. Will use them again for another project for sure.
I contacted C&J on Tuesday to see about having someone to come out and look at my bathroom fan that was making a strange noise. They were able to get someone out the next day and we got it all sorted out. The gentleman that came was very professional and gave me his honest opinion of what was going on. He could have tried to "upsell" me on something I didn't need - but he didn't and I truly appreciate that. I will certainly contact them the next time I need any kind of electrical work done!
What a fantastic company! We have called them over the past year for rewiring, new electrical panels, lights, receptacles, and an EV charger. They will continue to be our ONLY call for all future projects. Technicians Mark and Easton are efficient, knowledgeable and very respectful of people, pets and property. We are extremely happy to have found such a wonderful and terrific company.
Everything was done as quoted and on time. They even went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the final results.
This was a stellar experience for me. Chrystal heard my concerns and distress with my electrical problem and despite a very busy schedule sent out an electrician almost right away. The electrician was efficient, kind and thorough. My problem was solved! I could not be more pleased.
