I would like to share my experience with this company in the past few months I suffered dealing with the father and son team the owner of C and J custom construction, Chad and Brandin. They took my tenant Improvement project of Medical office in Nov 2022 and project was suppose to finish in 75 days. I worked for this company for almost 3 years and without an explanation the owner just decided to short my check lie about sending it to me the next day now they won’t answer the phone not really a surprise when they do it to everyone else these people are Scumbagg’ and cut all kind of corners instead of being professional and honest they owe me for a month and a half worth of work and I will take Legal action the owner nor his little son have answered my calls or text for a month
May be great pay. But company will simply throw you under the bus when it’s time for you to move onto a better opportunity. Been trying to get my last check 2months and going. Owners will block you and leave you on read. Full of excuses.
