We were treated exceptionally well when we were about to purchase the 2 Panerai watches and earrings (getting us coffee, etc.). One month after owning my Panerai, there was a defect in the threads of the strap to where it became stripped. I was told by the owner, VAHID, that it was "my fault" despite owning the watch only one month.
