The washroom is insane (the hand dryer actually dry and the toilet seat can melt you down)!!! That is the best part about this restaurant. Besides that, the food does taste authentic and their fried shrimp is so juicyyyyyy. Strongly recommend Bun Bo Hue!!! We will definitely comes back ❤️
When I walk in here, it feels decorated like you’re walking into a warm home. The service every time is warm and inviting and the food is always exceptional. The spicy crispy shrimp is a new favourite of mine and I am never disappointed by the salad rolls. This restaurant is a must try. I’ve been to the other locations, but I just find this one is the best. We love coming here even though it’s a bit further from us.
Not sure if the restaurant has changed owners or management, but the quality seems different from before. I ordered pho and asked for no cilantro, but there wasn’t any green onion either. The portion of meat also seemed noticeably smaller than it used to be, and unfortunately the meat was quite tough and overcooked this time. Went close to closing time on Saturday, and the restaurant was still busy with lots of people dining in and a lineup for pickups. It definitely seemed like a local favourite! We ordered takeout, and everything was delicious. What impressed me the most, though, was how friendly and kind the staff were, even so close to closing. That kind of service goes a long way and really makes a difference. Highly recommended!
