I would have thought you would have the person do a walk around as to what was done on my car and asked if I was satisfied. Not the case at all. And I was told 2 different reasons ,by 2 different people,as to why the side door was replaced .It wasn’t on the original estimate. 3.5 Star : Customer Service I wasn’t informed about anything,until I made the phone call calls to find out what was going on with my car.
