I was talking to a broker about a load, he said it was $1300 which I thought it was fine and I take it. Then, he said someone offered $850 and if I want it, I have to offer $825. Are you kidding me? I am so mad because truckers continue working by free so the brokers can make more money. Please truckers don’t make low bidding this is why this business is going downhill.

It’s quite unsettling for my senior mother to try to locate the the three LARGE boxes containing 6 dining room chairs that were dropped off someplace nonexistent yesterday at 11:03 am. How do you not deliver to the address listed? Where can her chairs be? She’s driving up and down the streets trying to figure out what the driver may have done. SAD!
Very disorganised have taken money given delivery order but cargo on hold due to no payment to shipper they are frauds or people who do this every day don’t know their job
Went from $4600 for 1700 miles to $2600 for 1700 miles. Not to happy with their rates at this time..
