not at all...they are leaving me hanking all weekend for a mistake they did....they forgot to make me an appointment for delivery in Norfolk, NE...then i show up for the 2nd time at receiver they tell me that CH Robinson made me an appointment now for Sunday at 10pm...this is Friday...i will never pull another CH Robinson load again.... unless they make it up to me big time... im an O/O i dont have to take this like some little company dr
Their "driver appreciation" is the equivalent of they appreciate you going bankrupt so that they can live comfortably. Their "load coordinators/dispatchers" couldn't coordinate their way out of a paper bag. They leave drivers sit for a day or days waiting on CHR to send them another crap paying load that has tons of deadhead and that's IF CHR's personnel doesn't forget they're suppose to send you a load.
Requested quote for LTL going on 4 days ago. Try to call them and it goes to their VM and its full. Anyone have a suggestion to get a couple skids weighing 1350 pounds total?
Answer your phones! Make it easier to cancel a shipment. Train the person who answers the phones, first guy put me on hold rudely, and then sent me to a full inbox (wonder if it is ever Not full?)
The way you treat your employees that are terminally ill sucks. Think about that.
Called to get an address to the place that I am picking up a load tomorrow. They didn’t give me the address cause I’m loaded at the moment witch is stupid if you ask me. How am I supposed to preplan with out the information I need to get to the place in a timely matter. Rude customer service. The lady hung up when I asked for the address. Rude for no reason.
I've been waiting for almost 3 hrs for a pickup number. This company is extremely incompetent at their jobs. They're on our backsides when delivering but cant get the info we need at the pick up
