This is the only company that we’ve had problems with, as a carrier. Not only did they mess up our packet, we have also been enrolled in a carrier management program, that prevents us from hauling loads with other offices. The service department says they cannot correct it, and the broker claims he cannot either. So...who is the person I need to talk to...nobody knows. Carrier services has given me 3 numbers to call, but they all have been disconnected. What is going on with this company? Does anyone know what’s going on?
Very hard to get detention from them. CH Robinson rep states he will request detention but doesn't. Impossible to get a response. Stay away from them.

first, when I booked the shipment online it says 5 business days, the shipment has been picked up in the 6th and delivered in the 18th second: I called two times JUST to get an invoice receipt for the charge and every time they told me we will email to you which is never happened they totally wasted my time, it was horrible experience definitely I am not using this company anymore
Extremely hard collecting detention and layover pay. Load rescheduled 36 hours later and they did not pay layover. They said I’ll be getting layover once customer approves it. Seems like a big if.

They tried to charge me for a residential delivery when it was clearly a business delivery. Would not use them again.
