Simply enjoy the car purchasing experience – I have been looking for a car for my son for a while. I live not too far away from this used car dealer. Looked at least 5~6 places before my son found his car at C H Auto. Compared the cars between all these dealer we have visited, CH Auto have much cleaner and nicer cars. Horrible Experience – I totaled my car in an accident and was looking for a replacement. I was recommended by my sister to buy from here cause her company does the financing for CH Auto. This review is for my experience and my car only. I'm sure they have some satisfied customers somewhere. I purchased an SC430 from them. Great Car. Great Deal! – I was in the market looking for a used BMW. I was specifically interested in looking for a 530i. To my amazement When I walked into CH AUTO I noticed a large selection of high end cars. There were tons of Mercedes, BMWs, Lexus, and even a Ferrari in the show floor. I was SHOCKED!!! awesome deal – I was having a hard time finding a good dealership with real people I could trust so when this car dealership was referred to me from a good friend of mine, I was skeptical at first about how I would be treated as a customer. Bad service – Went there with my father try to buy a used car or corolla. The first thing the salesman said was "which one do you want to buy?" I said I didn't know I wanted to compare the two cars. He said " which one do you want to make a deal on to buy today?" and "so we're going to make a deal today right now?" Later on we try to test drive the car then he said" Do you have money with you" We just run away from them.
