Chris was not only very thorough in completing our home inspection, but very personable as well! He even had to go back a second time as he didn’t initially have access to the attic of our new house and he made himself available right away to do so. We appreciate his in depth report that has allowed us to be aware of the issues with our new home that we did not notice when we did our walk through. I’ve heard people say before that home inspections are a waste of money, but with Chris it certainly was worth every penny!
