Yeah, you guessed it .. still no call back! Never use this company!
This company is the absolute worst on communication. Had them look at our fireplace 3 wks ago. Have left several messages with no call back. Don’t waste your time, they certainly will.
Well it seems that the customer service on returning phone calls has not improved.
