Our furnace had severe vibration issues. These guys came to inspect it and figured out it needed an induction motor and a blower motor to repair. When it came time to repair, the tech figured out that replacing only one of the parts would fix the issue. They saved us $800 by returning the unused motor. They would call and explain everything in detail throughout the process. I'm more than satisfied with their service and will be calling them every time I have HVAC needs. Thank you for your honesty and integrity!

We were given an arrival window of 8AM-9AM (first open window for the day). At about 8:55AM we received a text message letting us know that our technician was running late and would be there in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later at 9:10AM our technician still hadn’t arrived. They came to fix HVAC three times and it kept shorting out when I tried to turn on AC. They also didn't show up one day when I was expecting them. I Had to call a different company to find the source of problem, and fix (again) what C&G already had "fixed". Hopefully this was just a one off bad experience but I won't be using them again.
