We made the switch to C-Forward almost 3 years ago. We wish we would have made the switch 30 years ago. They are the epitome of support. One phone call or email is all that is needed to get the support process started. We don't have to follow-up or be concerned that the issue won't be resolved in a timely manner. They truly seem to grasp the notion that we have better ways to spend our time. If there were six stars we'd give them 6!!!!
