Good quality product, but I do not recommend ordering anything online. Read their return policy thoroughly. I ordered a belt and needed to return the item. I have emailed them multiple times trying to send back with no reply. You have to fill out a whole form, mail it in, mail product back and hope you get your return to process all within 14 days. Completely ridiculous. In store purchase may be a good idea but I wouldn’t order anything online until they update their policy.
BUYER BEWARE. Bought Ugo Vasare boots. Look amazing but I noticed the “Made in China” was rubbed off at the China letters. Went online to find them from the actual Ugo Vasare website and YUP they sold me FAKES! Ugo Vasare shoes/boots are made in Italy and the website sells them for a cheaper price. BUYER BEWARE!

Top quality! If you want shoes that are unique, stylish and high quality, this is where you want to go. On top of that, their customer service is excellent and the owner, Cheryl, is extremely accommodating. I’ll be back!
