NO STARS!!! I was just evicted (I was unable to pay rent due to losing my job) from their apartment in Quincy and I wish I had never signed the lease. The apartment we had (#9) should not be an apartment at all. It's a basement apartment that has no ventilation, the Windows in the living room waterfall every time there's a heavy rain, the sub pump for the plumbing in that apartment is constantly breaking. NO STARS (this app would not let me NOT give it a star) It does not deserve a start at all. this is the lowest of low property management companies I have ever heard of. They rented an apartment in Galesburg, on December 18, 2016. Country View Apartments located on 36th street in Galesburg. They took $1100.00 first month plus deposit, and rented my son an apartment with no heat.
