I love Laila, Wayne and Jinny at Chanel Douglas. Laila is my hairdresser and colorist. She's awesome, as is Wayne whom I went to in her absence. I regrettably didn't get the hair gene, and it takes work to make my hair look decent. Some how Laila works her magic in her own quiet way. I just left there and have never seen my hair look so good. I like the difference that my hair has over the past 3 times I've been to Laila. I love the color and the haircut. I highly recommend them.

I returned to Chanel Douglas as I loved the cut Laila gave me and the color was right on. Laila is so nice, always wanting to do a little more to make a positive difference. I had a company function to attend and she threw in a few highlights, which made all the difference... I like the feel of the place (homey) and everyone is very nice. I think I finally found the salon for me, and I highly recommend this salon to others.

I needed to try a new salon as my hair has gotten super challenging as it's been thinning out and dry/frizzy. I recently tried a new place but wasn't thrilled with the outcome, and I felt uncomfortable in the open layout of the place. I used the coupon to Chanel Douglas and met, Lila, who is a genuine, caring young woman. Her talents as a hairdresser, unmatched. She gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had.
