Dr Titus is great I've been seeing him for eye care since I was a child. Other reviews should have been left on the actual locations page not the Dr.'s
I 100% agree with the previous review since they are now under the Ossip name the service is horrible. Doctor Titus is the best and has seen many generations of my family. From my grandparents, my father and his brother, my brother and for a short period of time my children. All of my family has stopped going to see Doctor Titus, not because of his service, but the lack of compassion and respect in the front office and with the techs that give you the various test. This place used to be great when it was Greenwood Family Eyecare. Since they've merged with Ossip, the customer service is horrible. I've had a few bad experiences with them now over the past year. No one seems to know what anyone else is doing and they blame issues on past employees. not very professional. The actual doctors are great, but the staff is horrible. They have so many employees now it's like being shoved through an assembly line when getting an exam. So far this year I've had 2 seperate times someone was suppose... read more
