I also didn't have a good experience with the receptionist. It looks like she didn't have much idea about the insurance. My copay was 20 dollars, written on my insurance card, and I verified it before visiting the hospital. I explained that to her, and she forced me to pay around 89 dollars and said that insurance would send the extra money back to me. The visit was four months ago. C dermatology is the worst I've ever experienced. Just because I have Medicaid the main doctor, Chang I believe has done nothing but diagnose me with psoriasis. Other than that she's been the worst dermatologist I've ever come across & obviously has a problem with people who struggle with their financial aid. she prescribed me topicals they didn't work I told her they didn't work and she's prescribing me more topicals with an attitude & was very dismissive about my condition. Outstanding doctor and staff I had a skin cancer on my face and my insurance was about to expire. The staff was awesome and got me in. I got to see Dr Chiang in a timely manner and got my skin cancer removed. I am really happy with the result. Would highly recommend this office. They are really busy, but know their stuff. Most importantly, they care.
Very happy patient I agree with the previous review. Dr Chiang saw me in a short period of time and now my eczema is under control.

top-notch dermatologist top-notch dermatologist. She listened to me and provided treatment that worked. I did not see a non-physician, which happened to me at other dermatology offices.
