I also didn't have a good experience with the receptionist. It looks like she didn't have much idea about the insurance. My copay was 20 dollars, written on my insurance card, and I verified it before visiting the hospital. C dermatology is the worst I've ever experienced. Just because I have Medicaid the main doctor, Chang I believe has done nothing but diagnose me with psoriasis. Other than that she's been the worst dermatologist I've ever come across & obviously has a problem with people who struggle with their financial aid. she prescribed me topicals they didn't work I told her they didn't work and she's prescribing me more topicals with an attitude & was very dismissive about my condition.
