I cannot recommend this dermatology practice based on my experience over the past year. If you schedule an appointment, be prepared for it to be rescheduled repeatedly. Every single appointment I had during the year I was a patient was moved at least once, making it extremely difficult to maintain consistent treatment and care. The office also places significant emphasis on selling products directly to patients. Dr. Chiang's been great to work with! I've had noticeable improvements in my condition, and scheduling's been pretty easy here. The only head's up is that parking can be a nightmare here sometimes ... I know it's out of their hands, but plan to be there 10-15 minutes early just to park.
Not only is Dr. Chiang the worst dermatologist I have ever been to but she is by far the worst doctor I have ever been to. She made snide remarks about low income people on Medicaid. She consistently is rude to her staff, she has no real concern for her patients only money in her pocket. She will spend less than 5 minutes with you during your appointment because she has 3 others scheduled at the same time. Working with her for a few months, each time she made me feel less than human.
