I also didn't have a good experience with the receptionist. It looks like she didn't have much idea about the insurance. My copay was 20 dollars, written on my insurance card, and I verified it before visiting the hospital. I explained that to her, and she forced me to pay around 89 dollars and said that insurance would send the extra money back to me. The visit was four months ago. C dermatology is the worst I've ever experienced. Just because I have Medicaid the main doctor, Chang I believe has done nothing but diagnose me with psoriasis. Other than that she's been the worst dermatologist I've ever come across & obviously has a problem with people who struggle with their financial aid. she prescribed me topicals they didn't work I told her they didn't work and she's prescribing me more topicals with an attitude & was very dismissive about my condition.
