Disappointed. We had 2 big cottonwoods with roots and I guess the job was just too big for them. Nice people but they took out about 1/3 of the roots they said they would. Now I have to hire someone else to finish that. One of the big stumps still has about 10" left to finish but they just left it up like that. The "soil" they were going to fill in the holes with was just the shavings they didn't want to pick up so now I have to shovel that stuff out myself and refill it with dirt.
