Sometimes you judge a business, not how they act when things go right, but how they Resolve a problem and issue a refund with no problem. Thank you for your help resolving my issue and issuing a prompt refund.

Friendly mom & pop shop but unfortunately communication was not so great. Was told the washer I placed an order for would take 7-10 days because it’s on back order. Called them to check up on the order 2 weeks later and they said it’s still on back order and won’t arrive until a month later from when I originally placed the order. Decided to get a refund instead. Wish they would’ve relayed this information to me sooner.

after dealing with big box stores, i bought two appliances from c&d. their staff is friendly, helpful and proactive. their recommended installers are all fantastic and responsive as well. prices are the same as any other retailer.

Ordered a microwave with c&d. Very friendly service but unfortunately their distribution network just kept on delaying the shipment for months. Wound up ordering directly with the manufacturer and got it within two days. So c&d was exceptionally friendly and professional but unfortunately their business partners just could not deliver on the thing that i needed. I will consider c&d in the future.
