They delivered a dryer for me a couple years ago. I needed one that was a particular size and the staff helped me find one. The price and service was affordable and great! I will only order my appliances from this store
I bought a new **ventless LG washer/electric dryer pair for Rittenhouse sq home where venting was difficult to do. I got an amazing price and N and H came to install and took extra care in making sure it was perfect. Great experience. Highly recommend .
Sometimes you judge a business, not how they act when things go right, but how they Resolve a problem and issue a refund with no problem. Thank you for your help resolving my issue and issuing a prompt refund.
Friendly mom & pop shop but unfortunately communication was not so great. Was told the washer I placed an order for would take 7-10 days because it’s on back order. Called them to check up on the order 2 weeks later and they said it’s still on back order and won’t arrive until a month later from when I originally placed the order. Decided to get a refund instead. Wish they would’ve relayed this information to me sooner.
after dealing with big box stores, i bought two appliances from c&d. their staff is friendly, helpful and proactive. their recommended installers are all fantastic and responsive as well. prices are the same as any other retailer.
