I purchased the CC Skywave 2 radio to compare it with its Chinese knock-off, the SIHUADON R108. I specifically tested the Airband performance as that was the only reason I purchased either radio. I live near an airport and frequently go to the airport for planespotting. I need to listen to Airband frequencies in real-time as web-based radio feeds are inherently delayed and you can miss critical events, such as go-arounds.
