Dr. Brown performed implant exchange surgery yesterday. I have zero pain and zero bruising. Thank you everyone on staff for your expert care. Flawless.
I just left Dr. Browns office. His staff messed up my appointment in serval ways but the biggest problem was scheduling me with the wrong doctor. I had to call back to straighten out their error. They set up a new appointment for me. I cleared my schedule to accommodate the new time. I drove a half hour, paid for parking and when I arrived they asked who referred me and wanted my medical records--which they never asked me to bring. Dr. Brown is an outstanding surgeon. Appointments with him are thorough, detailed, and inviting. He has a phenomenal bedside manner that matches his expertise and insight, and takes the time to hear your concerns and vision. I’ve had several outpatient procedures with him over the last few years and he continues to impress me. Highly recommend.
Bad experience, staff way too unorganized and did not take me seriously. Took over a week just to get clear paper work instructions. I went somewhere else because I couldn't trust this Surgeon to good work when his office was run so poorly, and rude.
Great bedside manner, caring and professional. Highly recommend!
