I dealt with them for LOTS of years and I couldn't have found a better place to deal with. When my car needed serviced - they would come to my job and pick it up while I was working and service it and bring it back to my job. After work I would go down and pay them . WHAT OTHER COMPANY WILL DO THAT ????????????
I called the service department today to inquire about Child Safety Tether Anchors. There was a service bulletin put out for vehicles from the year 2001 and prior to have these installed for free and Chrysler would reimburse the dealer. When I talked to the service department they were very rude and informed me that since the computer didn't say they would get reimbursed then he wanted nothing to do with me. He said "here is the customer service number they can deal with it". So i called and I am now getting the anchors inst... read more
