It is a pleasure to be treated by Dr. Nicholas. He has a great "big-foot sized manner", helping me through curing two big toes. The staff is courteous and skilled, making the entire visit worthwhile and comforting.
When a surgeon tells you you're better off not having surgery, that there are other treatments that are better for your condition, you know he is more concerned about the well-being of his patients than making a quick dollar. I'm glad I took Dr. Nicholas' advice and used "conservative" treatments, as my feet got better and have been pain-free (without surgery) for a couple of years!
He treated me for a minor office surgery and my daughter for bunion surgery and we were both satisfied with his manner, expertise and the outcome of the treatment. However, I would warn patients to keep close tabs on the billing by its accounting section or possibly an external billing service. They double billed me for one visit and when I asked for the return of my second check, I was ignored and both checks were encashed.
