The ATV we purchased was unsafe as it was put together improperly and had lots of issues. Customer service after the sale is nonexistent. Your on your own with China.

We thought we had chose the right place to buy our son a 4wheeler for Christmas, but we was very wrong. Due to the rain and snow, our son has not rode his 4wheeler much since he got it for Christmas. Maybe one tank of gas and while riding the 4wheeler ON FLAT LAND, AROUND NO OBSTRUCTIONS his axle broke!! (Fyi: he weighs about 60 pounds). C&C lists a 6 month parts warranty but we have called TWICE and they say itll be ordered and it never has been.
