This guy still out taking advantage of people? The Derecho came through Iowa in 2020 - Carlos was there to take advantage. Contracted him to repair our siding, gave him part of the deposit and then… nothing. Everytime we were finally able to get ahold of him he’d have an excuse - family death, truck broke down, workers didn’t show. Then he left a voicemail yelling at my wife - I lost it and told him if he didn’t have my money at my house within 7 days I’d contact the local PD and my attorney. Carlos started acting really shady once he found out my insurance company was giving me more than I was gonna pay him. We agreed on a price but he’s just really greedy. Never got my receipts from him and he has refused to come check his work after I tried complaining about something

This star system is rigged. Carlos is a thief!
Carlos wanted my help to write estimates for insurance claims payments that he felt were not sufficient. He owes me money and will not answer my emails or calls. I will take this review down if he pays what he owes me.
