These are literally some of the worst humans I have ever had to do business with. I regret ever renting from them. They failed to fix the oven the ENTIRE year I lived there, and told me I was turning it on wrong. They refused to have it fixed. They also stole security deposit money for things that were broken when I moved in. The staff are extremely rude and the owner won't take your calls.
terrible company , avoid at all costs. wonderful introduction, but hollow after that poor communication and follow through. it is a shame that they are still in business. I am tempted to gather all the property owners who were ever done wrong by this terrible company and file a joint complaint and/or sue.
Just go out of business!!!! Bad management...failure to return $390 rent owed since August 2018. Stay away from this company!!

Terrible company. Poor communication and poorly managed our property. If it were worth the time and money, I would take legal action. .ey cost us a great deal of money, and I would recommend against using them,.
I couldn't disagree with ^^^^ Taylor. I was at the open house with her trying to get the house on Edgecomb. They gave it to her instead. I'm not gon lie I was pissed but Dianna found me another place around the corner. I still live here, its not like the other house but its a place for me and my kids to call home. My credit isn't the best, and I was upfront with them. And they helped me. I guess everyone experience is different.
