Bought a new 7 x 14 dump trailer made by them, running paint all over. Came with no grease, and painted over grease zircs all over, it came screeching out of the lot, mystery how it pased QC. This resulted in major issues about a year down the line. Also the Idler block was rubbing a groove into of the trailer frame. Nuts tac welded on idler bolts between the axles instead loctite being used meaning you have to repair the threads after grinding the nut off for basic maintainance. I meet with C&B trailers yesterday. I originally requested a quote from them. For a single axle trailer. For hauling a 200 pound raft. The average price for a 7×12 raft trailer is between 3,500 and 4,500. The quote came back for 7,000. I asked them are you sure because it's about 3,000 more than your competitors are charging. He said they have a used trailer made in their factory for 3,500. So I drove over to the factory to look at it. It had no roller on the back or a winch.
