Just wanted to commend this business and the employee who was operating the forklift this morning...i don't normally leave reviews for places, but he was awesome. I noticed I had a possible flat tire while driving on Chicago, and pulled in to verify. I did indeed have one, so I pulled in to the parking area to change it. While getting my spare out, I noticed that I didn't have the jack, and before I knew it, the gentleman driving the forklift came over and offered to pick up my car with the lift.
