I called CandK Roofing and Construction to get an honest opinion on my roof since so many roofers were coming by the house to tell me that my roof is damaged…it was 12 years old. The owners, Jim and Beth did the inspection and stated that the material of the shingles were deteriorating where I thought the roof had mold. Beth and Jim were great to do business with. They were on time, kept us in the loop every step of the way, and gave us a clear and thorough estimate with lots of details that helped us make the decision of using them to replace our roof, a very simple one! I appreciated both Jim’s thorough drone inspection and report, as well as Beth’s patience in sitting down and walking us through the different steps in the process.
We recently hired C&K to replace our roof and back yard fence. Jim, Beth, and Brian were wonderful to work with. Their team worked tirelessly through the weekend to get our project completed. They broke the exhaust to my gas heater and refuse to fix it. Other than that, roof looks good.
Anytime I need roof work or replacement in the future I will be calling C and K. They helped out a friend after a storm put a tree through her roof and they helped me with lost shingles. These folks are fantastic!
