My husband worked with John 8 years ago to design my engagement ring and we have been returning to C.A. Shire for all our jewelry ever since. We don’t live in the area but when we make it up John greets my husband by first and last name and even remembers where we’re from. It’s the personal service (and pieces like my latest necklace) that will keep us always coming back.
I received this beautiful necklace as a Christmas Gift and could not be happier! I love all my jewelry from here!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! In June 2007, I took my diamond engagement to this jeweler. One of the accessory diamonds had fallen out and needed to be replaced. I asked for and paid for a replacement diamond. Immediately upon picking it up, I noticed that it did not look to be the same as the other accessory diamonds, but I was leaving for a 2 week trip to France and Spain--and so, a phone call ensued. My engagement ring with made by C.A. Shires, and it is incredible! They used the diamond from my mother’s ring in their setting and is also custom creating the wedding band. Great employees, and amazing jewelry!
