Do not purchase from this company. Very shady. Please do not expect any customer service. My issue was not resolve and we are out almost $150. Buyer beware
Hmmm, I was trying to place some orders online of my favorite Qualatex brand balloons. After I read so many negative reviews about their purchase experience, I said "FORGET IT!" I wouldn't gamble & put a "dime" in it. BUMMER! I'm so DISAPPOINTED.☹️
Emailed and called about info for an Astroneer costume for my son. Spent a few weeks waiting for info before ordering as they have absolutely no descriptions of their costumes or sizing. They had two different links for the same costume one labeled bs and one bl. I didn’t want to order without knowing I was ordering the correct thing. The customer service actually got back to me pretty fast and canceled my order when it looked like I wouldn't be getting it on time. I was surprised actually because of the bad reviews but it seems like they are really trying and I appreciate that.
Placed an order. After two weeks I reached out to find out the item was on back order. A month later I reached out and found out they canceled my order but did t notify me. SMH
