It was delicious! This food truck is stationary and just stays at the Rocky Mountain Brewery. Soooooo delicious! My husband and I actually took our 2 young kids and everyone's I mean EVERYONE'S food was soooo delicious. I had the brisket meat just fell apart amazingly. Baby loved it too. Also got the brisket quesadilla. We loved that too, daughter, 6yrs, got the hotdog, and my husband got the BBQ Nacho's. Equally amazing.
BBQ was great I had the ribs and talk about fall off the bone and flavorful. The biggest surprise was the fries best I have had in a very long time and if they care that much about fries you can imagine how good the rest is!!
Best BBQ in the springs. He makes his own sauces. Friday and Saturdays he has ribs which are fantastic, which I love covered in the "mad mustard." If it's not friday or saturday I go with the burnt ends sandwich covered in "peach habanero."
