Wow. The food is so fresh and thoughtfully, and flavorfully prepared. We loved it. Beautiful space by the window watching the sun set off the mountain. Lighting is romantic! So glad we came!
Saturday night, my husband and I were extremely fortunate to dine at Byzantium. The owner, Skot Kirshbaum, is pretty much a one man show and what a show it was! He’s the cook, the waiter, the host. A meek, mild-mannered man, he lets his food do all the talking—exquisite. Nina Blakeman, author of The Blow-up Man.
Fresh tasty food. Great ambience. Our must visit when in town.
Had an early Valentine's dinner and have to say it is easily one of the best meals top to bottom my wife and I have ever had. Thanks Scott! I wish we lived closer so we could go more often!
