Horrible!!! They denied claims! Evertime I called they blamed the clinic or hospital. Come to find out they string it out 365 days so then they don't have to pay!! Awful!
Very misleading. When you or a medical facility calls ahead of time to see what is covered and what you are responsible for out of pocket and you are told a certain amount, don't trust it. Your out of pocket will be quadruple that amount. When you call to question why they did not fulfill what they quoted, they blame it on coding. I asked if they worked with med facility to make it right for paying insured they say no. This leaves you going back and forth with ins and medical facility with no resolution. They are a third party for medical insurance, but every time I call them they are the nicest people, I know that they can tell me what is going to be paid and what I am responsible for. I wish I had been doing this all along.
There's a reason nobody has heard of this company. Benefits are difficult to navigate, website looks like it's from 1982, slow turnaround on EOBs. We've had to pay more out of pocket because the billing process is so complicated.
