Hello, We have already explained to you, you have broken your new screen. We absolutely honor our 6 month warranty, but physical damage voids it. That is the same everywhere, including Apple. We normally work with anyone who cracks their phone so quickly from the repair date, but unfortunately you wouldn't accept that you cracked it and wanted a refund even after I showed you the crack in the LCD. Instead you kept yelling about the cops and cursing us, we will not help you when you come in like that.
