I've been going to Byron for the past several years and he has been unfailingly polite and honest in his dealing with me, saved me money by sourcing parts responsibly and bing available whenever I call with a problem. I would never hesitate to recommend Byron's to anyone!!
I went to a shop to get my alignment done after waiting half a week to get me in then a few hours in the shop they said I needed to make an appointment for the next week and they needed my truck for a whole day and needed other parts. I went to Byron’s shop he got me in quickly and had the job done within a few hours, he was able to use the parts that were already on my truck and saved me a lot of money.Very happy with my experience at Byron’s auto repair!
Today was my first experience at Byron's and I couldn't be more impressed. Vanessa got me a quote for an alignment (which was cheaper than anywhere else) and put me on the schedule for the next day. On my way to the shop, my check engine light came on. Byron's not only ran the code for me, but also put air in all 4 tires; both for no extra charge. My alignment is spot on and they proved that their customer service is second to none!

Everything was 100% from the Owner's friendly greeting, personality, staff just as professional and courteous. Services performed were all 100%. Plus a seperate lounge area w/power leather recliners and unlimited kuerigs and snacks! Wow!
Called Monday after Thanksgiving weekend and he squeezed me in and I got my car back Wednesday afternoon. He told me at first that I needed two tie rods and in the end I only needed one. Other places might've taken advantage. Awesome service. Recommend to everyone.
