I'm new to using this facility, but every step of the process has been great and easy. They offered me a very good deal for my first few months as a new customer, and when I had a mistake with my unit that was my fault, Eric notified me of the issue promptly. It gives me peace of mind that there is a routine property inspection for things like that. I'm happy to keep my items at this location, knowing that the property is clean, well kept and detail inspected regularly, with open and clear communication to the customer.
Mr. Eric was very kind and helpful to make the process go smoothly.
