I purchased a machine from this dealership in late November 2024. While my overall experience was positive, I encountered a troubling issue with the transaction. I made a cash deposit of $3,300, but upon reviewing the paperwork for registration, I found that only $1,284.37 was recorded. This raises concerns regarding potential unethical practices by one of the managers. I strongly advise prospective buyers to carefully scrutinize their paperwork to avoid similar situations.
Worst service I have experienced at a tractor dealer. After more than a month with the tractor this department finally ordered a needed part. I took the tractor back from them, found another dealer and got instant response. I cancelled the parts order, and reordered from another source. While I liked my conversation with their one tractor mechanic their other service people were not responsive. We are very sorry for Mr ******* trouble, the part was ordered correctly but sadly when it arrived it was the wrong part. We are glad that Mr ******* was able to get the issue resolved and I will be reaching out to him to see if there is any further thing that we can do. Not to make an excuse but the last 8 to 10 weeks has been a bit challenging due to the world wide pandemic. Despite this we at Byron Powersports and Tractor still strive to take care of our valued customers everyday.
Worst service I have ever experianced. First of all byron power sports overcharges for all of their equipment. The salesman I felt with was nice when he thought he was going to sell me something but the became rude and walked away when I told him I wasnt sure if he had what I needed. When I came back and decided on a 2017 **************** i had another appointment in had to.be at but they worked very hard to not let me.leave till.my signature was on a sales contract even though i told them i would return after my appointment... read more

In good faith we sold this unit to Mr ****** when we found out that he had a problem we made every effort to correct it. Unfortunately we had to wait on parts in order to fix it. Mr ***** is correct in that he did have another issue which was a pretty simple fix. I personally dealt with Mr ***** and several times reassured him that we would take care of him and his unit.
