Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office? Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here. Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services? No, they encourage you to just go to another emergency vet Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? My family has been Dr Byron fans for 10+ years! I would not take my babies to any one else. He and his staff care deeply about the animals (patients) they attend to. This is most obvious in their demeanor and pricing. They find no need to gouge since their service is so amazing you WILL come back again. The office staff is always friendly and sociable which shows their level of satisfaction with the Drs they assist. They remember even the smaller details about your family and your pet. Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up? Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease
