If I could zero star rating I would. I was never told that my Achilles tendon was only emphasize only thickened. Dr. Alberty told me it was partially ruptured, but I got a second opinion after surgery and that doctor said it was thickened not ruptured. I have also since learned that the surgery that Dr. Alberty did was elective and I was never ever given information about what this could cause for me long-term. Dr alberty is a lazy and incompetent doctor with inconsiderate staff who do not honor their 15 minute grace period and will reschedule your appointments without consideration. Everyone here sucks
I had hammertoe correction of toes 2-5 on the left foot. Because of Dr. Alberty’s poor postoperative care of my foot, I was forced to find a new surgeon. Dr. Alberty failed to recognize a severe allergy/infection that I got from the pins he put in my toes. He pulled the pins out in the office which was extremely painful and inhumane. My toe bones never fused together so my toes bent under my foot and were completely twisted leaving me unable to walk. I eventually had to have all 4 toes amputated. Avoid this DR he doesn’t know what he is doing I can’t understand how he got hired. Horrible staff rude and no compasión. Especially Nicole his assistant just a waste of time. Always get a second opinion
