I was sold a car and three days in a reduced power light pop on i was told it would cost $500 to change the computer. If you didn't catch that there charging me for a repair the car needed before i purchased it and thats just the beginning I've been there three times in one year replacing parts that are still good because the techs in the service department is are incompetent

Going with J.D. Byrider was the WORST decision I have ever made in my entire life. For four years now, we have been payng $400.00 a month on a car worth $1,300.00 $2k best when we bought it at the time. Total sales price $12,000.00. That sounds really stupid, you say. horrible every month I'm taking my car back to get something fix. then the lady is going to tell me because of my bad attitude they not going to switch my car out. the car is leaking everywhere under the hood. wites hanging from the botton of the car and all. never will recommend this place ever. can't wait to pay this car off
