Do not do business with Byrider in Tyler, Texas. They are liars. They do not keep their word. They wronged my husband and me. You'll be making a very big mistake doing business with them. They say one thing and do another. They have ruined our credit. They were very unprofessional and rude. I will never tell anyone to do business with them. We are paying for a car we can't use. I have explained to multiple different jd byrider employees our issues but no one wants to do anything about it, they just expect the payment. It is the worst place to buy a car from. You will be overpaying for a car that is not worth it. It keeps breaking down. I keep bringing it to the service and they not only don't fix it. byrider is Great dealership. very friendly staff! There is a staff member by the name of Ashley she’s very friendly, understandable she goes measures to make sure you are approved for a car. she’s very determined and a very good worker very professional I would recommend her.
