Very upset at this place they say one thing then when you get there it's totally different, I got three different stories from this place and the amount of salary that they expect a person to make is unbelievable, they may not go by credit but make it **** near impossible to get vehicle. Will never go there again and don't advise it.
We are paying for a car we can't use. I have explained to multiple different jd byrider employees our issues but no one wants to do anything about it, they just expect the payment. It is the worst place to buy a car from. You will be overpaying for a car that is not worth it. It keeps breaking down. I keep bringing it to the service and they not only don't fix it. From October 2021 pretty much until the beginning of the year 2022, my car rotated in and out of the West 38th street *************** On one occasion my vehicle was returned to me still not running. I got the vehicle in July of 2021. Upon pickup, it was littered with trash and had stained seats and clear damages. I really needed a truck for my military family. byrider is Great dealership. very friendly staff! There is a staff member by the name of Ashley she’s very friendly, understandable she goes measures to make sure you are approved for a car. she’s very determined and a very good worker very professional I would recommend her.
outside of Matt and David I've spoken with a couple times, who have both been great, my first experience here is not Wirth a second or a recommendation to anyone.
