im from WV and i had my car. for 5 wks they said they would put it in the shop that day well 3 days later they were done w it. And it only needed a battery. i had to pay 25$ before they gave car bk. i thought since it was only 5 wks they wouldnot charge for fixing it. Since it was only the battery .lol. thought the checked the cars they sale from top to bottom well guess not

Brought our car in for service which as a car owner is an well be a nightmare but the people in the service department are absolutely amazing!!!!

i will come to Parkersburg wv to get my service done. I will not deal with the Clarksburg establishment again. The service manager is rude and was going to take 2 weeks to get my car done when it waa stalling out. Thanks to Carolyn McConnel for amazing service.
