I bought a 2008 hundai accent from the shop in ashland. I love the car and the salesmen but I have had a lot of trouble out of this car. The service guy is either an idiot or a douchebag maybe even both. He told my step dad that if I got a front end alignment done on my car because that’s something he can’t do which I understand but he said after I get that done he would put on all new tires for free. Ryan was AMAZING! He made the process so easy and expmained every step to us. They helped us fill out and submit our application over the phone because we live almost two hours away so that all we had to do when we came in was trade in our vehicle and year drive to choose one. Love this company. Definitely recommend them! Will definitely be buying anotger vehicle from them!
I absolutely love my 2011 Chevy hhr from JD Byrider...all the guys here in Ashland KY John Legg and John Moore and Andy are amazing and helped us out so much and waited patiently for us to get time off work to go down and get the car. Even when my autistic son was sick and getting impatient the guys were great with him. I have recommended many people to go to JD Byrider for a car. These people are just the best! We took my minivan in today for servicing and it didn’t take but 45 mins for everything he done. Not to mention I was thirsty any one of them went and got us something to drink!! Thank you JD BYRIDER!’
