We got a 2009 Pontiac g6 from them, even though it’s a nice car, we have several issues with it like all the locks on the car including the trunk lock stayed froze all winter, also the ignition key got stuck all winter in the ignition so we had to keep working with it to get it out and now every time it rains the drivers side floor board fills up with water
Great customer service and if you need something just talk to Jeff Harr he is wounderful.
We bought a van years ago from them and it is still running to this day and the Warranty to they give you for your car is awesome so we needed a good car and we went to another dealership and we bought the car straight out and we got took to the cleaners so I told the family let's go back to jd byrider so we did and Jeremy Hall help us out and got us in a good looking and running car with a great Warranty so thank you so much
