By not lying to potential customers. The folks at Byrider/Tyler wasted my time 2 days in a row. First day they told me I qualify over the phone, and could drive away in the car I wanted ( 2013 Chevy Malibu) once I got to the lot.i was only able to pick between 4 vehicles. a dodge mini van, and the rest were Toyota corollas just different colors.
