Up until Today when I called to make a payment and got to talk to a Libby which was very rude and had a very bad attitude .... Everyone else I had ever talked to at JD Byrider has been very kind and understanding but not Libby .... pls have a talk with her , I can not believe how Rude and disrespectful she was ....because I will not recommend any more of my friends if this keeps up with Libby ...!!!
This was the second dealership I went to and the first was ridiculous and wasted my time. At J.D. Byrider Yvette listened to what I needed and was very patient with all of my questions. I was given great customer service from anyone I talked to.
